Vacuum plates can accomodate thin and flexible parts that cannot be held with vises or clamps for milling, drilling, routing, and finishing operations. Gasket cords are routed into the cut out grooves in the plate to seal off the area inside the part to ensure the part does not move. 
 
Plates utilize 1/8 NPT quick connectors to attach vacuum lines to plate. Use the vacuum system of your choice. In the future, there will be a proprietery vacuum system for the vacuum plates.  Multiple holes exist on the vacuum plates to accomodate more than one part at a time. When only one part is being worked on, the remainig holes that are not covered by the part can be closed off to prevent the loss of vacuum.
